Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.
What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
I have a print credit, how do I redeem it?
First of all, you need to register for an account. Once you have created an account, click on "Redeem Print Credit" from the menu across the top of the page. Enter the code for your credit and click Submit. Your credit is now added to your account. To use your print credit, click on a photo you want to add and you should see the name of the credit along with other ordering options in the menu to the right of the photo. Choose your size under the print credit title and click "Add Current Image" to apply the credit to the image.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
I would like to let D'Ann know which photos I want for my albums, digital negatives, Senior cards, or other items that are included in a session package or that I have ordered. How do I do this?
1. Click on the photo you would like to order
2. Click the "Client Picks" menu item on the bottom of the right side menu to expand the section.
3. Click the appropriate item from the menu
4. Click "Add to cart"
5. Upon completion of your order, click on "Shopping Cart" or "Check Out" in the top right corner of the page.
6. Please create an account if you have not already done so.
7. Upon check out, please choose "Client Pick - No Shipping" as your shipping option and click continue. (Or choose one of the other shipping options if you have ordered anything else.)
8. Then click "Place your Order" when you are ready.
